Kiki de Montparnasse accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and hygienic liners intact within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, select intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original luxury packaging and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
